Billy Joe Blue, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Sandra Blue; cherished son of the late James and Hazel Blue; dear brother of Gary Blue, Terry Blue, Danny Blue, Deanna McComb Bond, the late Kenneth Blue, the late Larry Blue, the late James H. Blue, Jr., the late Travis Blue and the late Audra Bernice.

Married to the true love of his life, Sandra, for more than 50 years, Billy built a remarkable partnership founded on unwavering love, support, and devotion. A devoted animal lover, he cherished the many pets he welcomed into his life, treating each with kindness and affection. Billy held a deep respect for nature and found great joy in the beauty of animals and the natural world. An avid viewer of documentaries, he was always eager to learn, expand his understanding, and seek the truth. Billy was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
