Billie Jo Heath (nee Mayes), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Roy E. Heath, Jr.; loving mother of Deborah Lamphear and the late Dana R. Heath.
Billie was a caring and loving mother. She loved taking trips with her husband, Roy, before his passing in 2009. Billie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Billie's name to SSM Hospice.
