Billie Jean Beine

Billie Jean Beine (nee Tullock), of Weldon Spring, Missouri, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the age of 82. Cherished daughter of the late Ralph E. and Sophia M. Tullock; devoted mother of Kelly (Valerie) Hackney, and devoted stepmother of Jenni Casebeer, Tony Beine, and Teri (Mark) Kelso; loving grandmother of Maxwell Hackney, Ryan Kelso, Anthony Kelso, Natalie (John) Chichetto, Colin (Julia) Ward, Jessie (Emmanuel) Peake, Alexandria (Justin) Casebeer, and Dwanye Casebeer; dear sister of the late Shirley M. Manley.

Billie enjoyed traveling and loved her career as a procurement agent in the aerospace industry. She was highly respected by her colleagues and well regarded throughout the industry for her professionalism and dedication. Billie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Billie 's name to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and the Dementia Society of America.
