Fowler, Bill, of Troy, Missouri, died on Monday, March 31, 2014 at the age of 56. Loving son of the late Claude and Faybell Fowler; dear brother of Tom (Joy) Fowler and Pat Anderson; devoted father of Jennifer Stephenson and Richard (Gretchen) Stephenson; cherished grandfather of Connor and Madilyn Stephenson. He is preceded in death by his brother Dennis Fowler.
