Betty Marie Waters (nee: Atchison), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the age of 83. Loving wife of Donald Eugene Waters; beloved daughter of Floyd Malcolm and Jane LaBarge Atchison; devoted mother of Larry Waters and Michael W. Waters.
Betty enjoyed playing bingo and knitting in her free time. She also liked watching football and baseball games. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
