Kincaid, Betty L. (nee: Tomlinson), of O’Fallon, MO, died on Sunday, October 23, 2016, at the age of 79. Loving wife of the late Donald G. Kincaid; beloved daughter of the late Charles and Iva Tomlinson; devoted mother of Michael Kincaid; cherished grandmother of Alec Kincaid. She is preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Kincaid.
