Cochran, Betty, 92, of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday April 21, 2017. Betty was the loving wife of the late Howard Cochran; daughter of the late Elmer Ross and Artie Hazel Hovey; loving mother of Curt (Pam) Cochran and Scott (Janet) Cochran; grandmother of Alisha, Amanda, Levi, and Emily; great-grandmother of Hannah, Carter, Matthew, and Natalie. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers Robert and Alvin Hovey. Inurnment at USNA Annapolis. Family requests donations be made to their favorite charity.
