Betty Lou Heberer (nee Goleash), of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024, at the age of 85. Beloved daughter of the late John and Mabel Goleash; devoted mother of Karen Heberer, Kenneth (Donna) Heberer, and Sue (Jim) Crivello; cherished grandmother of Adam (Frankie) Schneider, Danielle (Mitchel) Brown, Samantha Crivello, Rachel (Tim) Crivello-Schaefer, and Alexandra Heberer; treasured great-grandmother of Caden Mudd and Lilly Schneider. Betty is also preceded in death by her sister, Harriet Goleash.
Betty was a generous and charitable soul who dedicated her time to volunteering at Mercy Hospital as a cuddler. She also tutored reading through Oasis and was an active member of the Ladies of the Shrine. Betty maintained an active lifestyle by working out with friends, and in her younger years, playing on the family softball team. She was deeply involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She adored her family and was their heart and soul. An excellent cook, she delighted in preparing meals for her family and friends. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Betty's name to American Heart Association or Shriners Hospital.
