Betty Border

Betty Border (nee Price), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Border; cherished daughter of the late Elmer T. and Edith I. Price. Devoted mother of Karen S. (the late Jerry) Luetkenhaus, Diana Cooper, Linda A. (Jeff) Libbert, and Deborah J. (the late Randy) Sanderson; loving grandmother of 10; treasured great-grandmother of 16 and great-great grandmother of 2; dear sister of Pat Cox. Preceded in death by her son, Michael Border; two brothers, Harold Price and Burell Price; two sisters, Dorothy Dement and Doris McGuire.

Betty was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of O'Fallon. She found joy and fulfillment in her passions for reading and crocheting. Through the pages of books, she delved into different worlds, gaining knowledge and entertainment. Crocheting allowed her to produce beautiful and sentimental items, providing a relaxing and meditative outlet. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
