Betty A. Hegwood

Hegwood, Betty A., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the age of 79 surrounded by her family. Loving wife of the late Richard G. Hegwood; beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Edna Alice Brown; devoted mother of Rockland "Rocky" G. Hegwood and K. Mark Whitworth; cherished grandmother of Adam Gerald Hegwood, Jordan "Jo" Nicole Whitworth, Kyle Ross Whitworth, Dylan Trevor Whitworth, Logan Myles Whitworth and Madeleine Chow; loving former mother-in-law of Mary Hegwood- Chow; dear sister of Richard Brown and John "Jack" (Antoinette "Toni") Brown; beloved aunt of Ray (Tanya) Brown, Carol Diane Gonzales, Donna Jean (Steve) Weeks , Melissa Clark, Morgan Carson, and Gloria Severino and great aunt of Jared, Trevor, Anthony, Zachary, Maya, Madison, Brittany, and Gavin. She is preceded in death by her siblings William "Bill" Brown, Mary Lou Brooks, and James "Jim" Brown.

Betty enjoyed playing Bingo and especially loved spending time with her family and her dogs. She will be missed by all who knew her.
