Bettie C. Palmer

Bettie C. Palmer (nee Wheelis), of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Saturday November 18, 2017, at the age of 80. Loving wife of the late H. Dewayne Palmer; beloved daughter of the late Louie and Minnie Wheelis; devoted mother of Steven D. (Theresa) Palmer, Brian K. (Jewell) Palmer, Mitchell D. Palmer, and; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Matt), Marsha, Katie (Joh), Cara (Chad), Emily, Ryan, and Marjorie; treasured great-grandmother of Brandon, Emily, Sonja, Madison, Camden, Cayden, Cailey, and Carter. Preceded in death by her siblings, Phylis, Nancy, Linda, and Gary; and her grandchildren Scott, and Brian “B.J.” She was a loving aunt, cousin and, friend to many.

Bettie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
