BenEtta Marie Williams

BenEtta Marie Williams (nee Barker), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022 at the age of 82. Beloved daughter of the late Susan Marie and Benoit Broussard Barker; devoted mother of Susan Williams-Pete; cherished grandmother of Alexandria Pete; mother-in-law of Karl Pete; and is also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.  

BenEtta was a woman of faith and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dardenne. She had a passion for education and dedicated over 30 years the Jefferson Union High School District in California both as an English teacher and Principal. Education was very important to her as she had received her Bachelors and Masters degrees and was most proud of her granddaughter, who is working to receive her PhD. BenEtta did everything for her family, always putting them above all else. In her free time, she enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, reading and watching game shows, especially family feud. She also enjoyed spending time at bingo with her granddaughter and daughter and watching movies. BenEtta loved chocolate and always had a Dove chocolate on hand among many other sweets. BenEtta was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Memorials may be made in BenEtta's name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
