Belmont "Pete" Regot, of Troy, Missouri, died on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the age of 88. Loving husband of Doris Regot (nee: Noah); dear son of the late Charles Leonard Regot and Nora C. Regot; devoted father of Carol (Carl) Barnhart, Dick (Sherry) Regot, Linda Schmidt, and Donna (Leroy) Rhodes; cherished grandfather of Cathy Larson, Steve Barnhart, Jason Regot, Jeremy Regot, Josh Regot, Jessie Regot, Angie (Jeff) Haas, Sean (Laura) Guerra, Dustin (Maggie) Lang, Amy Lang, Chad Rhodes, and Leah (Bryan) Braungardt; treasured great-grandfather of 20; dear brother-in-law of Margie Regot, Lu Jett, Barbara Lee, and Emmett Noah. He is preceded in death by his brother Marvin Regot.
Belmont was a member of the Laborers Local Union 660. He also loved the outdoors and was a jokester who could always make you smile. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
