Born November 3, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri to Joseph Chichizola and Beatrice (Zubiena) Chichizola. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Aunt Sister Mary Rose Chichizola CPPS, Sister Rose Ann Teran, and brother-in-law Michael Kruep. She is survived by her sister Cecilia Kruep and her children: Nicholas (Sarah) Kruep, Elizabeth (Brandon) Stober, and Stephanie (Trevor) Davies, and their children: Kaitlyn, Madelyn, Gage, Nathan, Landon, Morgan, Emma, Jacob, and Wyatt. Her niece, Beatriz Teran, her daughter Cristina (Kenneth) Adelman, and their children: Moses, Roman, and Lucas.
Beatrice was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on Friday, July 10, 2026.
Beatrice graduated from Rosati Kain High School in 1956. Career highlights include working for Southwestern Bell Telephone and volunteering as a candy striper at St. John's Hospital. She retired from Monsanto Electronics Materials Company after a 20-year career as an electronics technician.
Beatrice loved God and attended mass daily. She was a very devoted Catholic who lived her life serving The Lord.
Beatrice enjoyed gardening and the outdoors. She especially loved animals: birds, squirrels, rabbits, dogs, and her dear cat, Taffy. The St. Louis Zoo was always a special place to her. She enjoyed photography, traveling, and Bunco; she also served in her TOPS group for 10 years. She spent her last years making memories with her friends and enjoyed events at Fairwinds Retirement Community. Bea loved to watch movies, especially Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Little House on the Prarie. She loved playing games, especially Parcheesi, and keeping up with all her family.
We invite you to a funeral mass which will be celebrated at St. Cletus Catholic Church on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Immediately following the Mass, Beatrice will be laid to rest alongside her beloved parents at Calvary Cemetery, where family and friends are welcome to join in honoring her life as she is placed in her final resting place.
