Loving wife of Dan W. Duggan; beloved daughter of the late Russell and Dorothy Gribben; devoted mother of Kristen (Scott) McFetridge and Michael Duggan; dear sister of Linda Rogers and step-sister of Ron Henderson. She is preceded in death by her step-mother Sylvia Gribben. Barbara was also a loving aunt and friend to many, she will be dearly missed by all. Memorials may be made to Mercy Hospital NICU
