Barbara Anne Rogers

Rogers, Barbara Anne (Temmel)(Merz) 78, of Festus, Missouri, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the Fountainbleau Nursing Home. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City. She was married to the late Carroll "Sonny" Merz and James Rogers; dear daughter of the late Roman and Mary Temmel; devoted mother of Robert (Teresa) Merz, Richard Merz, Susan (Craig) Boyd and Denise (Marc) Gerst; cherished grandmother of Kamille (Joseph) Sjodin, Samantha (Ryan) Ortballs, Emily (Jarrod) Gordon, Hilary (RJ) Sloke, Shannon (Ryan) Bannister, Kendra Boyd, Lacey Merz, Marc Alan Gerst; dearest great-grandmother of Ivy Sloke, Mason Maune, Joseph, Jr., and Daxton Sjodin; and dear sister of Mary Lou Rogers. She is preceded in death by her sibling Edward Temmel, and her grandchild Garrison Boyd. Barbara was also a loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
