Artie S. Tolbert

Tolbert, Artie S. (nee: Williams), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, February 23, 2015, at the age of 80. Loving wife of the late Millard Tolbert; beloved daughter of the late Bailey Williams and Cora Gutchel; devoted mother of Sharon (Ed) Vehlewald and Shirley (John) Farrar; cherished grandmother of 7 and treasured great-grandmother of 14; dear sister of Nellie Clemmons. She is preceded in death by her daughter Charlotte Boren and great-granddaughter Lyndsey Hofferth. Artie enjoyed sewing, painting, gardening and hummingbirds.
