Arthur E. "Art" Raymo

Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Arthur E. "Art" Raymo of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, May 17, 2024, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis A. Raymo; cherished son of the late Ellen and Arthur J. Raymo; devoted father of David (Alison) Raymo, Mark Raymo, and Lori (David Jr.) Holbrook; loving grandfather of David (Esther Ritter) Holbrook III, Hannah Holbrook, Mary Ellen Raymo, and Camille Raymo; dear brother of Elaine Raymo, Helen Becker, and Marcia Lawton; beloved friend to many.

Art was the loving husband of Phyllis for 59 Years. He was a very involved father coaching baseball, soccer, and participating in many Boy Scout activities. He continued the tradition of involvement with his grandchildren. Art had a very engaging personality and would always have a story or a joke that would bring a smile to people's faces for any occasion. He enjoyed his good times with friends while in the Lions Club and multiple car clubs. In recent years he has been a resident at Abbey Senior Health where he was affectionately known as "The Mayor". Art was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Art's name to the St. Charles Lions Club or the Gateway City Car Club.
