Arthur "Art" T. Niebur

Arthur “Art” T. Niebur of O'Fallon, MO passed away peacefully on October 29, 2022, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of 60 years to Thelma Niebur (nee Dunn); cherished son of the late August Niebur and the late Mary Niebur; proud father of Lynette Hazell (Andrew), and Lucinda Moyes (Stephen); cherished grandfather to Ashley Carley (Greg), Chelsea Hazell, Allison Stahl (Bruce), Zachary Moyes (Theresa), Sarah Moyes, Rachel Moyes, and Anna Moyes; treasured great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved dearly; Art is proceeded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy.  

Art served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a machinist. He travelled extensively with his wife Thelma and loved to hunt and fish. 

He was a friend to all, and never met a stranger. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed. 

Memorials may be made in Art's name to Assumption Catholic Church – O'Fallon.
