Arthur L. Thomason

Thomason, Arthur L., of O’Fallon, MO, died on Friday, May 27, 2016, at the age of 88. Loving husband of the late LaVerne F. Thomason; beloved son of the late Elmer and Stella Thomason; devoted father of David Thomason, Mary (Tom) Gregerson, Timothy (Cindy) Thomason, Michael Thomason, and Edward James Thomason; cherished grandfather of Zachary Thomason, Ariel (Josh) Streibich, and Sara Thomason; treasured great-grandfather of Karter and Estrella; dear brother of Stella Gervich and Richard Thomason. He is preceded in death by his daughter Donna Thomason and his siblings Robert Thomason, William Thomason, Melvin Thomason, Glenn "Red" Thomason, Peter Thomason and twin sister, Elmira.

Arthur proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII. He was a “Jack of all trades,” and could fix anything.  He enjoyed raising and showing his prize collies with his wife.  Arthur truly loved his family and taking care of them.  He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
