Beloved husband of Mary Heine (nee: Spangler); loving son of the late Fred E. and Katherine (nee: Mueller) Heine; devoted father of Jane (Tony) Wilbas and Judy (Martin) Slagle; cherished grandfather of Kevin and Keith Slagle, Scott Wilbas, Sue Stoner, Van Slagle and Cindy Ferguson and great grandfather of 8; beloved brother, uncle and cousin; dear friend. Mr. Heine retired from Missouri Pacific Railroad after 36 years. He served in the US Army from 1942 to 1946.
