Art "PeeWee" Raney, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, September 26, 2014 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Bonnie L. Raney (nee: Murphy); son of the late Harry and Irene Raney; father of Gerald (Emma) Johnson Raney, Christopher Raney, Timothy (Carla) Raney, and Joy Raney; grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of many; brother to seven siblings; brother-in-law of Paul (June) Murphy; father-in-law of Janet Johnson Shipman; and friend and relative of many more. He is preceded in death by his son Roger Dale Johnson.
Art was a Carpenter Millwright for many years before he retired from Lever Brothers. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion in St. Charles. In his spare time, Art enjoyed camping, fishing, and sports. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association for Alzheimer's and Dementia.
