Gagne, Arlena M. (nee: Winland) of St. Peters, MO, passed on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at the age of 55. Loving wife of Gregory Gagne; beloved daughter of Phyllis Winland, and the late Vearl L. Winland, Sr.; devoted mother of Erica (Jordan) Gladney, Nicole Pratt, Serena (Matthew) Rubendall, Bonne Pratt, and Christopher Pratt (Racheal Hughes); treasured grandmother of Brayden Hammontree, Eli Gladney, Makenzie Gladney, Jaylynn Pratt, Elin Gladney, and Cyrus Gladney; dear sister of Michael (Leah) Winland, Richard Winland, Paul (Donna) Winland, and Vearl (Hannah) Winland, Jr.; and also a loving aunt, niece, cousin, and dear friend to many.
