Annette Helen Stevens

Annette Helen Stevens (nee O'Connor), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Barry Stevens; cherished daughter of the late Helen and George O'Connor; devoted mother of Jennifer (Paul) Day, Sarah (Erik) Solverud, Brett Stevens and Eric (Crystal Moore-Stevens) Stevens, and Julia (Eric Tosso) Stevens; loving grandmother of Joseph (Heidi) Day, Jessica (Joseph) Stewart, Tanner (Berenice) Day, Alec Solverud, Rachel Solverud, Jacob Stevens, Chandler Stevens, Olivia Stevens, Cayan Moore-Stevens, and Iris Moore-Stevens; treasured great grandmother of Sophia, Lucy, Ethan, and Gavin; dear sister of Jackie (Bob) Wall, Mary (Kurt) Simm, the late Robert (Donna-Survives) O'Connor, and the late George (Mary Agnes-survives) O'Connor.

Ann and Barry were married for 57 years, and together they enjoyed spending time with family, hosting events and holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. They enjoyed going to their grandchildren’s sporting events and attending the symphony. They also enjoyed traveling, internationally and around the country. Ann was a strong woman who raised a loving family. She had special relationships with all her children. She had a warm heart, and a large circle. She enjoyed playing bunco with the Bunco Babes for 43 years. Ann also enjoyed her book club. She organized class reunions for Xavior High School. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was very proud of her Irish background and cooking. Ann was very accepting to everyone, loving, and eternally optimistic. She could see the good in everything. Ann was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Ann's name to Normandie Reimagined or the St. Louis Zoo.
