Anna Maria Jimenez

Jimenez, Anna Maria, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was born July 25, 1969 in San Jose, California. She passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the age of 41 after a long and difficult battle with ALS "Lou Gehrig's Disease". Loving wife of Manuel Jimenez; devoted mother of Kristina, Gianna and Joseph Jimenez; beloved daughter of Uriel and Josefa Acosta - O'Fallon, MO; cherished sister of Frank of San Jose, CA, Rudy of Rogers, AR and Manuel Acosta of O'Fallon, MO; Anna was a loving aunt, cousin and friend to many. Anna's career revolved around the travel industry for 22 years working for such companies as TWA, American Airlines, and most recently in the travel department for Save-A-Lot. She loved spending time with her three kids. She enjoyed reading books, traveling on vacations via plane (not a big fan of long car rides) and relaxing with friends which included "Anna's Army" of volunteers that were always by her side. Anna and Manuel met 23 years ago and recently renewed their wedding vows in January of this year through "The Gifted Wedding" that continues to honor her by giving deserving couples the opportunity to have their dream wedding when they otherwise could not due to an illness, disability, or a unique financial situation. www.thegiftedwedding.com We love you Anna!
