Ann Frances Orr

Ann Frances Orr (nee Ann Frances Lupia), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Retired Chief Robert Orr; cherished daughter of the late Francis and Sue Zina Lupia; devoted mother of Rob (Tracy) Orr and Christopher Orr; loving grandmother of Olivia Grace Orr and bonus mother of Lea (Brandon) Martin; dear sister of Carol (Jim) Jones, John (Nancy) Lupia, Sr., and the late Ann Frances Lupia; treasured aunt, cousin, friend, and great boss to many.

Family, friends, and food were at the heart of Ann’s life. She was adored by many and had a special gift for making friends wherever she went. A wonderful Italian cook, Ann expressed her love through the delicious meals she prepared for those around her. She dedicated more than 40 years to working in the cafeteria at Assumption Catholic School and Good Shepherd Catholic School, where she treated the students as if they were her own and was deeply cherished in return. Ann was an exceptional grandmother who truly lived and breathed for her beloved granddaughter, Olivia, often delighting in taking her on lavish shopping sprees and preparing food for every holiday together. She was also a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. Ann was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
