Angela Christine Crowell

December 3, 1956 — October 10, 2025

O'Fallon, Missouri

Angela Christine Crowell, lovingly known as Chris, passed away unexpectedly on October 10, 2025, at the young age of 68. Taken from us far too soon, she leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Chris was the true definition of love and family. She spent nearly 30 wonderful years with the love of her life, George, creating a bond that was built on laughter, respect, and partnership. They shared 15 years of retirement that were joyfully spent traveling and making memories with their grandchildren.

Born to Stanley and Beverly Pisciotta, Chris was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and most recently, great-grandmother. She is survived by her parents; her husband, George; her brothers Stanley “Denny” (Charlene) Pisciotta and Bob (Cherie) Pisciotta; and her children Jennifer Foss, Shelley (Matt) Crowley, Jeff (Shelby) Lupo, and Laura (Kevin) Bender. She was an incredibly proud grandma to Samantha, Brandon, Taylor, Abagail, Mackenzie, Tyler, Savannah, Jack, Michael, JJ, Madison, and Madelyn, and great-grandma to Nevaeh and Avery. She never missed a moment to cheer on her grandkids, attending sporting events and performances, proudly supporting them in everything they did.

Chris loved her family, both immediate and extended, more than anything in the world. She had a special way of making everyone feel valued and loved, and she poured her heart into holiday gatherings when her home became the center of warmth and joy. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in law along with countless friends who adored her.

Throughout her life, Chris found joy in her work and the people she met along the way. Some of her favorite jobs included her time at Kmart and her many years as an assembler at National Vendors, where she eventually retired.

Above all, Chris lived and loved fully. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, going to the casino, reading a good book, or celebrating life’s simple pleasures with her family, her presence made every gathering brighter and every memory sweeter.

Though our hearts ache in her absence, we find comfort in remembering and holding close our memories she shared with those who were lucky enough to know her. Chris will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
