Andrew Carl "Andy" Bostick

Andrew Carl “Andy” Bostick, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Patricia Bostick; cherished son of the late David and Alma Bostick; devoted father of Andrea (Rob) Goedeker, Anastasia (Travis) Caldwell, Aidan Bostick and the late Austin James Bostick; loving grandfather of Alyssa (Brett) McIntyre, Faith Goedeker, Andrew Goedeker, Kailey Goedeker, Mackenzie Caldwell, Levi Caldwell and Wyatt Caldwell; dear brother of Cathy Bostick and David Bostick; Andy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A dependable, loving, strong, and funny family-man, Andy loved reading and going to the library. Andy enjoyed learning new things and was constantly exploring new things through reading. Andy would read 3 or 4 books a week and was a faithful reader of the newspaper. Also enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, an activity he enjoyed with his wife, Pat.

Above all, he adored his grandchildren and "ugs" (hugs) were always mandatory. He always enjoyed spending time with them, discussing sports, and loved attending their sports events. Andy was always good to share a story and overall a "professional Grandpa."

After retirement, Andy would deliver Meals on Wheels every week with his wife, as a great way to give back and support people. Andy took pride in his backyard, and would often spend time feeding the fish, birds, local wildlife, and eventually adopting a local stray cat, he lovingly named AJ. Andy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Andy's name to St. Charles County Library.
