Amy Elizabeth Gouin

Amy Elizabeth Gouin (nee Beachum), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the age of 53. Beloved wife of Kenneth Gouin; cherished daughter of Norman and Ruth Beachum; devoted mother of Karen (Brian) Douglas; dear sister of Laura (Anuj) Gyawali and Kathleen (Tony) O'Brien; many nieces and nephews. Amy is preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Beachum.

Amy loved arts and crafts, especially painting and beading. She had a deep passion for cooking, often using fresh vegetables she grew in her own garden. Amy had a massive heart and was the kind of person who always saw the good in people and in the world. Immensely loving, caring, and kind, she showed these qualities in the way she treated and cared for those around her. She loved fiercely and was driven by a desire to make life better for others. Everyone Amy met was a potential friend, and often became one, because of her warm and open spirit. Amy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
