Loving daughter of the late Henry and Lottie Meadows; devoted mother of Debbie Busen, Sandy (Scott) Stearne, Tami (Jeff) Mowdy, and Ron (Kelly) Riggs; cherished grandmother of 8; treasured great-grandmother of 6; loving sister-in-law of Sarah Houba; dear friend and ex wife of Jay Riggs. She is preceded in death by 1 sister and 4 brothers. Memorials made to Alzheimer's Association, Missouri Botanical Gardens, or Evercare Hospice.
