Alice Louise Post

Alice Louise Post (nee Prigge), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the age of 100. Loving wife of the late Wilfred Joseph Post; beloved daughter of the late Arthur J. and Anna Prigge; devoted mother of Michael Post, Richard (Donna) Post, and Steven (Darlene) Post; cherished grandmother of Ravonne (Matt) John and Ryan (Corie) Post; treasured great-grandmother of Rowan John, Simeon John, Hadlie Post, Hayes Post, Charli Beth Post and one great grandson on the way; dear sister of Ethel (the late Gerald) Stewart; and is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Alice was a lifelong member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in St. Charles for 100 years. A devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan, she was also a loving and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She especially enjoyed boating and fishing trips with her husband, where she was known to catch more crappie and white bass than anyone else. Alice was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
