Kamphoefner is survived by her son, Dennis Kamphoefner (Vicki) of San Antonio, TX and two grandchildren: Kristen Kewitt of York, PA and Karen Kamphoefner of Dallas, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents, George J. and Wilhelmina Zumbehl Hollrah and sister, Edna Hollrah.
