Adrienne Philpott

Gone from our hearts and into the hands of our Lord, Adrienne Virginia Philpott, age 86 resident of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away on September 29th, with family at her bedside. 

Born in Houston, Texas in 1935, she resided in San Bernardino California most of her adult life. She graduated San Bernardino High School Class of ’53. 

She was employed by the First American Title Insurance Co. where she rose to lead the Foreclosure Dept. She retired after 35 years of dedicated service. 

She enjoyed church gatherings, crossword puzzles and was Chairperson of her high school reunion committee for over 50 years.  

She made friends everywhere she went, and was always ready for a lunch date to enjoy the company of others. She loved mint chocolate chip ice cream.  

She relocated to O’Fallon, Missouri, in 2016 with her son, to be closer to her great-grandkids. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Harley John Philpott, Jr. 

She is survived by her son, William Philpott, a sister, Claudette Kirkland of Alvin, Texas, 3 grandchildren: Joseph Philpott, Joshua Philpott and Heather Dorlaque and 10 great-grandchildren. 

Graveside interment will be at Montecito Memorial Park in California.  

Adrienne was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
