Bruns; loving mother of the late Kenneth Gary Bruns, Richard Lee Bruns (Brenda), Deanna J. Jones, Dennis R. Bruns (Lois), Mark R. Bruns, and Marsha K. Linnenbringer (Dennis); dear sister of Edwin C. Hosto (Iris), Evea Mae Waugh, Myrtle Doris Piepmeier, the late Wilbur Charles Hosto; Eleanor Hosto Tubb, the late Harvey Hosto and the late Aletha M. Johnson. Mrs. Bruns was a life member of New Melle's VFW Auxillary #5651 and Community Club. She enjoyed reading, crafting and playing Bingo. In the words of Adel M. Bruns: As Kenny and I raised our large family we made friends with a lot of people. I want everyone to know that we have cherished every minute we have spent with all of you. Thank you for keeping my family in your prayers during this difficult time. I will miss all of you but be happy for me because I will be with my beloved Kenny, my son, Gary and my Lord.
