Adam Sullivan

Sullivan, Adam, of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the age of 15 weeks. Beloved son of Jeffrey and Angelique Sullivan; dear brother of Alex Jeffrey Sullivan; cherished grandson of Mary (Sam) Bryne, Mary Ann and Weldon Sullivan; Adam was a dear nephew, cousin and loved by many.
