William “Bill” C. Braudis

October 5, 1934 — May 20, 2020

William “Bill” Carl Braudis, born Oct. 5th 1934 to Everett and Mildred Braudis, in St. Louis, MO. Sibling to three brothers (Everett, Robert, Lester) and four sisters (Janet, Marion, Esther and Ruth).

Baptized with the verse Mark 16:16, “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.”

Confirmed with the verse John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoso-ever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Married Doris, his high school sweetheart, on April 6th, 1957 at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Louis, MO. Enlisted in the army from 1957-1959.

Father to three children (Donna Braudis, Stuart (Keith) Burich, Sandy Sellini, Curt Braudis (Tina)), blessed with nine grandchildren (Ryun (Lauren), James (Kindra), Charles (Charley), Ashley (Shawn), Jessica, Sherri (Zachary), Anthony, William, Katie), and eleven great-grandchildren (Kyleigh, Brayden, Gracie, Hadley, Zoey, Michael, Brett, Sofia, Isabela, Ivy, and one coming in December 2020).

Bill proudly served in the United States Army. He dedicated over fifty years working with quality assurance at Nordine. Bill was a devout member of Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church. In his free time, Bill enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family. He was very supportive and cherished every moment he spent with them, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bill was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

 Memorials may be made in William's name to Chapel of the Cross and Stray Rescue of St. Louis.

Curbside condolences are to be held at the north side of the Baue Funeral Home, Cave Springs location. Please follow the signs posted and direction of staff members to attend.
