Walter Longhenrich…. “Walt”
“I was born on Feb. 28th to Anita and Walter in Kirkwood, MO. My nick name is Walt. I attended Kirkwood high school and my interest was in baseball. I had one brother, Otto, whom is deceased. I have twice been widowed and have two daughters and a step son. Marilyn, Susan and Jim Davis. I have 4 grandchildren. My first wife and I had our first date at a dance at the Forest Park Highlands. We had a small wedding and our first home was in Berkley, MO. I am a WWII veteran. I feel that I have a good sense of humor and a bit frugal. I enjoy woodworking and gardening, shopping and card games. I follow the Cardinals, my favorite color is green and at age 89 I received a medal that had been omitted from WWII services.”
