Velda “Rusty” Markle

Velda “Rusty” F. Markle (nee: Lentz), 78, of Girard, KS and recently of St. Paul, MO, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 in O’Fallon, MO. Rusty was born November 8, 1938, in Cheney, KS to the late Henry and Mary Lentz. Loving wife of the late Ray Markle. Beloved mother of Pamela (Robert) Tock and David (Stephanie) Schreiner. Honored grandmother of Nathan (Katelyn) Tock, Amanda (Robb) Reed, Kaile (Joe) Valdez, Andrew Schreiner, Jonathan Tock, and honored great-grandmother of Klara Valdez, Lucas Tock and Cole Reed. Dear sister of Milton (Barbara) Lentz, Wendell (Delores) Lentz, Martin (Judy) Lentz, Marlin (Darla) Lentz, Judy (Bob) Hughes, and the late Valetta (Montee) Battaglia and Norman Lentz. Rusty was loved by her many nieces, nephews, and all that met her. The family is being served by Baue Funeral Home in O’Fallon, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in O’Fallon, MO.
