Sharon Stinson (nee Myers), 79 of Saint Charles, MO went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at home, surrounded by family, after complications from her liver disease. She was the loving wife of Bill Stinson; beloved daughter of the late Ben and Amabel Myers; devoted and proud mother of, Scott (Debbie) Stinson and Beth (Chris) Wieman; cherished grandmother of Julia Wieman, Zachary Wieman, Abby Wieman, and Shane McClure Stinson; treasured great-grandmother of Luke Michael Finnessey; dear sister of Janet (the late Harold) Allen, Nancy (Ken) Notaro, and Richard (Diane) Myers. She was a beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Sharon grew up in Gary, Indiana. She moved to St. Louis with her husband, Bill in the late 1960’s. Sharon owned her own business, CRS Financial Services Inc for many years. She was an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service, specializing in tax preparation and prepared taxes for over 43 years with the goal of saving each client more than she charged. She was also an owner of Total Building Services, Inc., along with her husband Bill. She enjoyed raising her children, painting, reading books, going to the beach, shelling, and going on vacations. (Especially to Captiva Island, Florida). She loved taking different classes and learning new skills. She always looked forward to big family gatherings, as she loved to cook and bake and spend time with family.  She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She loved her church family and she especially enjoyed game nights and spending time with her PPP group. She was a great friend to many, always patiently listening and offering superb advice. Sharon was dearly loved by family, friends and clients, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Sharon's name to American Liver Foundation.

    Bill and family:

Sharon was a dear lady. She was multi-talented, always down to earth and she had the most beautiful smile. She fell in love with a photo of our late dog, Cooper, and presented a painting to us inspired by that photo that is proudly displayed in our home.

You all are in our thoughts and prayers as you navigate through this difficult time. May you feel God’s loving care.

Bill, it is hard to put into words what a special lady Sharon was. Her love for her entire family was something they can hold in their hearts forever. We feel blessed to have known her and I will never forget how kind she was to me when we first met and she found out that Ken had just passed away. This isn’t going to be easy, but hold on to the wonderful memories and funny stories of your beautiful and special lady.

    Dear Bill, Scott and Beth.
We are so sorry to hear of Sharon’s passing. We remember her warmth, quick smile and wisdom. Sharon always welcomed us into her home and we were lucky to spend time with your family. And as new college graduates we were hired into the Stinson conglomerate. So we were lucky again to work for/with Sharon. She was encouraging, caring and always ready to listen. Scott and Beth, thank you for sharing your lovely mom with us. Thinking of you and all your family.
