Sharon Katherine Handley Boschert

Sharon Katherine Handley Boschert (nee Dohogne), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Jack Boschert; cherished daughter of the late Arthur and Elsie Dohogne; devoted mother of Mary (Thomas Verdone) Sass and the late Stephen Handley; loving grandmother of Jessica (Greg) Segraves; treasured great-grandmother of Adelaide; dear sister of the late Art (Maryanne) Dohogne, the late Robert Dohogne and the late Margie (the late Robert) Smith; Sharon is also preceded in death by her first husband, John Joseph Handley.

Sharon was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She played piano and even taught her granddaughter Jessica. Sharon loved traveling all over the United States and even to the Panama Canal and Mexico. Elder Hostel activities played a big part in spending time with her granddaughter. She loved to knit, collect recipes and go thrift shopping. Sharon was kind and never met a stranger. She enjoyed going to the Fox, Powell and Muny Theaters. Sharon had a green thumb and loved gardening. Sharon was able to keep in contact with four lifelong friends and attend lunches with her girls. She loved her family very much and was excited to have a great-grandchild. Sharon was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Sharon's name to St. Vincent DePaul.
