Sallie L. Roam

Sallie L. Roam of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Thomas "John" J. Roam; cherished daughter of the late Howard A. and Burnice M. Robbins; devoted mother of Stacey S. (Rich) Boedeker and Mike (Sandy) Roam; loving grandmother of Andrew Boedeker, David (Ashley) Boedeker, Caitlin (Dustin) Petry, Tyler Roam, and Hunter Roam; adored great-grandmother of Nora, Finn Kyle, Jack; dear sister of Charles (Rosa) Robbins; and loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Sallie was also preceded in death by her sister June Kenyon and brothers, Bill Robbins and Raymond Robbins.

Sallie met and married the love of her life Thomas for 57 treasured years. She also dedicated more than 17 years with Contel as an administrative assistant. She loved to spend time with her family and friend, making lasting memories, and creating masterpiece quilts. Being a master quilter, she was a member of many different clubs. Sallie dearly loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her in return.
