Ruth Clara Fretwell

Fretwell, Ruth Clara nee: Kloessner of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday December 7, 2014, at the age 92. Loving wife of the late William Fretwell; beloved daughter of the late Felix Max and Alice May Kloessner; devoted mother of Patricia (Robert) Lohe, Susan (James) Shepherd, and Sandra (Patrick) Crutcher; cherished grandmother of Christina Lohe, Melissa (Jason) Coan, Sarah Arnold (Jim Meyer), Lindsay Arnold, and Emily Arnold; treasured great-grandmother of Brayden Coan, Payton Coan, Joseph Mechlin, Zachary Mechlin, and Cora Rae Meyer. She is preceded in death by her first husband Fred Henry Hafer, and her brothers Kenneth Kloessner and Robert Kloessner, and infant sister, Merriel Kloessner.
Ruth was one of the original women who started the Women's Auxilliary for Missouri Mules Motor Club. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, dancing, playing the piano and singing. She was dearly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
