Ruth Ann Oliver

Oliver, Ruth Ann (nee: Lunsford) of Saint Charles, Missouri, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at the age of 65.

Beloved wife of Don Oliver; cherished daughter of Grace Lunsford and the late Roy Lunsford; devoted mother to Meredith (Matthew) Riddle, Adam (Cheri) Oliver, and Jenny (Rob) Cline; loving grandmother to Madigan and Rheannon Riddle.

Ruth and her husband Don enjoyed 46 beautiful years of marriage. She was devoted to her family and very active in her children’s lives. During their childhood Ruth was a Girl Scout leader and was a past President of the Benton Elementary PTO. In her free time Ruth enjoyed music and playing her violin and needle arts such as knitting and crocheting. She had a great love for living history and was proud to be certified in historic artillery. Ruth had a kind heart and will be dearly missed by all who knew her, especially her beloved dogs Izzie and Hoss. Memorials may be made in Ruth’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
