Roy Samuel Lucia, of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the age of 72. Loving husband of Deborah Lucia; beloved son of the late Henry and Ann Lucia; devoted father of Ken (Donna) Lucia; cherished grandfather of Joseph Lucia.
Roy served 39 years as a police dispatcher for the St. Louis County and Jennings police departments. Roy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Roy's name to the St. Louis BackStoppers.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least 6 feet apart. Thank you for your understanding.
