Roy Backs of O' Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 86 on Sunday, January 3, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Backs; his children, Gary Backs and Janice Backs; his parents, Elmer and Dorothy Backs; and his brother, Dennis Backs.
Roy is survived by his children, Patti Backs and Diane Backs; his grandchildren, Nicholas Backs, Julia Backs, and Shannon Tucker-Ramey; his great-grandchildren, Reese Lohse and Wade Lohse; and his brother, Kenneth (Carol) Backs.
Roy was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
