Senora Gasquet taught all 4 of my children Spanish. She was a warm and caring person and so full of life! She remembered all of her students and would ask about them many years later. We will miss her dearly and are so sorry for her loss. What I remember most about her was the two weeks before Christmas Senora would have her students dress up as shepherds and angels and sing the Las Posadas songs while walking through the hallways of school. The kids loved it and loved her!

Rosario is a true friend who regularly offered her help and who truly cared about my dad and I. I will miss having her around the school. May her soul rest in peace and may God grant her family comfort. I am happy that God must know the good work she did on His behalf.

Sra. Gasquet taught our two older children at Gateway Academy and we loved her. She was a beautiful, joyful, funny and happy, devoted wife, mother and teacher who was so strong in her Faith. Thank you Senora for the time you spent with our family and the wonderful memories of all you did for us. Eternal Rest grant unto you, Senora Gasquet, and may His perpetual light shine upon you. May your soul and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace, Amen. Our prayers are with Senora and all her family.

Seniora Gasquet taught my two children Spanish and to love the language and culture. She helped them transition easily into the 3rd and 4th grade when our family moved to St. Louis from Boston during the middle of grade school. She was always ready to help. She was always joyful and read that joy to everyone around her. She will be missed very much. May she rest perpetually in the peace of Christ ‘s love. We will miss you very much.

    candle 7Tia Charo,

You were one of the first Peruvian friends my family and I met when we moved to the states. You were always there for the biggest moments in my life (wedding, baptism celebrations). Your presence was undeniable when you walked into a room. Always laughing, dancing, telling jokes and always a lady who had a place in her heart for everyone. I will miss you so much. My condolences to Jose and the rest of the family.

I met this wonderful vibrant lady when my brother Mark and sister-in-law were adopting. She helped to bless the Fields family with two adoptions as well as her niece Kathy marrying my younger brother Greg and their daughters. I’m thankful for all that she did to make this happen. Someone said earlier that her presence was undeniable when she walked into a room and that was very true. My deepest sympathies for the family..
