Rosalie V. Chappell

Rosalie Vincenza Chappell (nee: Guiffrida) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Edward Chappell of 50 years; cherished daughter of the late Sam and Catherine Guiffrida; devoted mother of Nicole (Chris) Finney and Christopher (Jessica Dotson) Chappell; loving grandmother of Ashlynn Finney, Brooklynn Finney, and Carter Finney; dear sister of Anthony "Tony" Guiffrida; cherished friend and cousin of Phylis Peluso.

Rosalie is also preceded in death by her brother, Sylvester “Les” Guiffrida; and sister, Angelina "Angie" O’Connor.

Rosalie was a mother to everyone. She was very involved with raising her children and was a wonderful cook who always had a meal on the table. In her free time, Rosalie enjoyed tending to her rose garden. She was a very proud and involved grandmother who loved to go shopping and spoil her grandchildren. Rosalie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Memorials may be made in Rosalie's name to School Sisters of Notre Dame.
