Richard B. Allen

Richard B. "Dick" Allen, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Martha K. Allen; devoted father of Jeffrey (Amy) Allen and Amanda (Jeff) Settle; loving grandfather of Jocelyn and Sydney Allen; dear brother of Robert Allen; beloved uncle, brother, and friend to many. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Allen; and his brother Jerry Allen and his sister Mildred Vitale.
Dick graduated in 1961 from Madison Sr. High School in Madison, Il. He was a pipefitter for 39 years and belonged to Pipefitter Local 562 before retiring. Dick enjoyed fishing, traveling, and poker. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
