Penelope K. “Penny” Tippett

Penelope K. "Penny" Tippett of St. Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 71 on Thursday, July 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Armin and Elizabeth Cassel.
Penny is survived by her children, Kristin Wood and Casey (Chrissy) Tippett; her sister, Trisha (Robert) Donaldson; and her grandchildren, Kourtney and Kalli Wood.
Penny always looked forward to her vacations and the memorable times she had while traveling. She was a voracious reader always looking for the next great book to read and, above everything, she treasured the time she spent with her family – especially her precious grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
