Norman Thomas Parker of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 66 on Monday, October 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Parker and Bibbie and Jacob Bogard.

Norman is survived by his sister, Mina (Craig) Gammon; his nieces, Brittany (Robert) Chisenhall and Amy Gammon; and his great-niece, Ellie Chisenhall.

Norman was a veteran who served in the US armed forces as a member of the Navy. He retired after working many years at AT&T. Norman was an old soul who enjoyed watching classic films and listening to music. He appreciated architecture and enjoyed taking pictures of older buildings and artwork.  Norman collected many different figurines, cds, old vinyls and attempted to play many guitars. Friends and family will always remember Norman as being very witty and effortlessly making others laugh with one of his great jokes. He will be dearly missed.
